Three cosmetic packs have come out this year. They change how your cities look, not how the game plays, and each one arrived with a patch. You can browse their ornaments under Buildings.
Marvellous Mosaic Pack
Out on 19 February with patch 1.4.
- Mosaics: four large 3×3 pictures for the ground, such as the
Lavish Garden Mosaic and the 
Latium Mosaic. - Ground plates: twenty in all, seven in plain stone and thirteen in colour, such as the
Papyrus Mosaic and the 
Four Winds Mosaic. - Walls: the
Hortical Wall and 
Gate of Heroes for Roman cities, the 
Oppidum Wall and 
Druwid's Gate for Celtic ones. - Skins: new looks for the Forum and the Bathhouse, each in a Latium and an Albion version.
Blooming Cities Pack
Out on 18 June with patch 1.6.
- Flowers and gardens: patterns you drag across the ground, from poppies, lilies and dandelions to cypress, pine and fern gardens. Their plants vary at random, so the result looks grown rather than placed.
- Temple: the
Temple of Flora, a 7×7 centrepiece that lights up at night. Build it near an aqueduct and the planting around it turns more exotic. - Ponds and statues: the
Pool of Virtue, the 
Basin of Virtue and the 
Mason's Sphinx, plus single trees such as oleander, fig and palm. - Walls and skins: the
Wall of the Domus and 
Gate of the Domus, and a white and blue skin for the aqueduct.
The patch also gave everyone one Latium and one Albion garden for free.
Echoes of Kassandra Pack
Out on 17 September with patch 2.1, and themed on Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
- Music hall: the Hall of Echoes, a painted wooden hall. Click it to swap the game's music for about an hour of Odyssey's soundtrack, which still follows what is happening in your game, such as a war or a fire.
- Harbour and mountains: the Statue of Zeus Ombrios and Pillar of Pharos for the harbour, and two carvings for the mountains: a Gorgon's head and Sisyphus.
- City statues: nine, among them the Statue of Leonidas, Pallas Athena and the Statue of Kassandra.
- Skins: Hellenic Blue, in white and blue, for Tier 1 residences and city watch buildings in every province, and the look of Kassandra's ship, the Adrestia, for your flagship.
- Profile: Kassandra and a Cult of Cosmos member as portraits, and five player logos.
